Absolutely! Our Hatha class is designed for complete beginners to experienced practitioners. We offer modifications and variations to suit all levels, so there is something for everyone

We offer modifications for all advanced postures, it doesn’t mean that if an arm balance or inversion is taught in a class it has to be done. We strive to give options for beginners to advanced practitioners. What matters most is showing up on the mat :)
